In January 2022, I was pleased to hold my first virtual 'Dean's Green Team' which gave young people the opportunity to discuss important issues which matter to them on the Green Agenda.

I am proud of the role I have actively played in successfully campaigning for Zach’s Law to be included in the Online Safety Bill - to make it an offence to electronically send or show flashing images to someone with epilepsy with the intention of causing them harm.

I promised to secure change to the infamous Woodmere Avenue width restriction after being elected in 2019 and was delighted when changes to widen the kerb-to-kerb width and to adjust the bollards were made in August 2022.

I stood on a manifesto commitment to secure a hospital for Watford fit for the 21st century.

One of my most significant manifesto pledges was a commitment to train 1000 local people in mental health first aid awareness, as part of my campaign to transform mental wellbeing in Watford.

One of my ambitions is to ensure that rough sleeping in Watford is eradicated. Watford is incredibly lucky to have New Hope and One YMCA, who work really well together.

I have always been very supportive of local business and was proud to be asked to be a ‘Small Business Ambassador.' and subsequently a Small Business Minister in Government.

I believe passionately in protecting our natural environment. As a parent, I want to do all that I can to ensure we leave the environment in a better condition than we found it. I know the Government also shares this ambition.
