With less than two weeks to go until the general election, Dean Russell and his team are working harder than ever to bring their positive, Conservative message to Watford residents.
On the doorstep and at hustings across town, local residents being presented with a clear choice: strong public services and an orderly Brexit with Dean, or years of debt, delay, and division under a Jeremy Corbyn government.
Beyond Brexit, Dean has also published his ‘Plan for Watford’. This includes support for the £400m redevelopment of Watford General Hospital and ensuring that Government’s new, £5 billion Housing Infrastructure Fund is put to use here in Watford. He has also pledged to give London North-Western a tough new deadline to improve service performance at Watford Junction, Kings Langley, and Bushey, and increase capacity on the busiest commuter services.
With so much on the line this is one of the most important elections in modern times – and the national polls suggest show that only a vote for the Conservatives will deliver not only Brexit but the strong economy and well-funded public services Watford needs.
That’s why more and more Labour and Liberal Democrat voters say they’re voting for Dean on December 12th.
