Celebrating The National Television Awards

Dean Russell was invited as a VIP to the National Reality Television Awards in London to celebrate the increasing contribution of reality based shows to the entertainment world. Winners ranged from Breakfast TV presenter Susanna Reid through to Stanley Johnson.

The National Reality TV Academy has also re-defined and re-structured how Reality TV is perceived worldwide by introducing definitions of the different genres that make up this genre. The awards show acts as a vehicle to celebrate the achievements of the Pre/Post -Production staff and the shows plus talent that have made Reality TV the most watched genre by millions worldwide.

Dean added:

"These awards highlighted the real diversity of what is considered reality television and the growing contribution it has as part of both entertainment and British culture ranging from the X Factor to the Apprentice, Strictly Come Dancing to Gogglebox. It was a joy to be part of such a well-organised and fun event and I got to catch-up more than a few familiar faces during the evening, including Boris Johnson's father, Stanley."
